Steph Davis

Steph Davis is an experienced Chief of Staff with a career spanning accounting, entertainment, technology, and communications. Over her career she has held roles at major global companies such as Intel, Apple, and Foursquare before joining Jennifer Bett Communications, a premier PR agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles. At JBC, Stephanie serves as Chief of Staff, leading internal operations and HR with a values-driven approach. She has successfully advanced change management initiatives that embed diversity, equity, inclusion, philanthropy, and sustainability into the company’s culture. She brings this same commitment to inclusive leadership to her role on the CMLI Board.
